一、培养目标(Program Objectives)

以国家农业绿色发展需求为导向， 聚焦农业资源与生态环境方向， 培养一批掌握世 界先进农业环境保护技术、自然资源系统管理能力、具有国际视野和家国情怀的创新型 人才，推进农业资源利用集约化与生态系统优化，服务于乡村振兴。 具体要求为：

1. 认真学习和掌握马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、 科学发展观和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，具有坚定正确的政治方向；热爱 祖国，具有集体主义观念；遵纪守法，品行端正，学风严谨，身心健康；具有较强的 科学精神与探索精神，具有较强的事业心和奉献精神，积极为社会主义现代化建设服 务。

2. 掌握农业资源、生态环境及农林经济管理相关的基础理论、方法和手段，在本 领域特别是在农业环境保护领域具有独立从事与环境有关的政策分析、环境规划、环 境评价、工程管理等方面的能力。

3. 具备未来从事资源与环境方向的技术、规划、管理及政策相关国际化工作视野 和技能。

Guided by the national demand for green agricultural development, focusing on agricultural resources, ecological environment, the professional degree of Resources and Environment will cultivate innovative talents with international vision and national feelings who master advanced agricultural environmental protection technology and natural resources system management ability, in order to promote the intensification of agricultural resources and the optimization of the ecosystem to serve rural revitalization. Specific requirements are as follows:

1. Earnestly study and master Marxism Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, The important thought of "Three Represents", Scientific development view and Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, Have a firm and correct political direction; Love the motherland, with collectivism concept; Law-abiding, regular conduct, rigorous style of study, physical and mental health; With strong scientific spirit and exploration spirit, with strong dedication and dedication, actively serve the socialist modernization construction.

2. Master the basic theories, methods and means in the field of agricultural resources, ecological environment and agricultural and forestry economic management, and have the ability to independently engage in the policy analysis, environmental planning, environmental evaluation and engineering management related to the environment, especially in the field of agricultural environmental protection.

三、培养方式(General Methods of Training)

全日制专业型研究生由华中农业大学与林肯大学共同培养，采取课程学习、实践 教学和学位论文工作相结合的方式。系统掌握所在学科领域的理论知识，培养研究生 分析问题和解决问题的能力，加强研究生的自学能力、动手能力、表达能力、写作能 力和创新能力的培养。专业实践时间应不少于 6 个月。

研究生导师应具有环境政策与管理实践经验，可聘请来自环境相关的主管单位和

事业机构的本领域专家进行合作指导，组建导师指导小组。导师负有对研究生进行学 科前沿引导、科研方法与工程实践指导以及学术道德规范教导责任。

Full-time professional postgraduates are jointly trained by Huazhong Agricultural University and Lincoln University in the way of course study, practical teaching and dissertation work. Systematically master the theoretical knowledge of the subject field, train the ability of analyzing and solving problems of graduate students, strengthen the cultivation of self-study ability, hands-on ability, expression ability, writing ability and innovation ability of graduate students. The duration of professional practice should not be less than 6 months.

Graduate supervisors should have practical experience in environmental policy and management, and experts in the field from environment-related competent units and institutions should be invited to cooperate and guide, and a mentor group should be established. Supervisors are responsible for leading the frontiers of disciplines, guiding research methods and engineering practice, and teaching academic ethics to graduate students.

四、学制与培养年限(Duration of Study)

全日制专业学位研究生的基本修业年限为 2 年。
