Horticulture (Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Program)

一、培养目标

本专业旨在培养具有高尚健全人格和社会责任感,掌握园艺作物育种、栽培管理、葡萄酒酿造、感官评价、康养园艺及园艺相关产业发展规划、项目设计及产品营销等理论与实践技能,能胜任园艺及相关专业方向的现代化生产、产业开发、科技推广、经营管理等工作的拔尖创新人才。

目标1:培养热爱祖国、遵纪守法、爱岗敬业的高素质人才,德、智、体、美、劳全面发展,具有良好的思想政治素养与社会责任感。

目标2:系统掌握园艺学科的基本理论、专业知识和实践技能,具备扎实的学科基础与专业能力。

目标3:具备涵盖园艺生物学研究、葡萄与葡萄酒工程技术及园艺产业创新创业的综合知识体系,具备跨领域综合应用能力。

目标4:培养德才兼备、知农爱农的国际化人才,具备突出的专业素养、自主学习能力、复杂问题解决能力、实践创新能力以及国际视野与全球胜任力。

I. Program Objectives

This major aims to cultivate top-tier innovative talents with noble character and strong social responsibility. Students will master both theoretical and practical skills in horticultural crop breeding, cultivation management, wine production and sensory evaluation, therapeutic horticulture, and product marketing of horticulture-related industries. Graduates will be competent in modern horticultural production, industrial development, technology extension, and business management.

Objective 1: Cultivate high-quality professionals with patriotism, legal compliance and professional ethics. Graduates will demonstrate well-rounded development in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetical, and labor education with strong ideological integrity and social responsibility.

Objective 2: Provide systematic mastery of the fundamental theories, professional knowledge, and practical skills in horticultural science, ensuring a solid academic foundation and professional competence.

Objective 3: Develop a comprehensive knowledge system integrating horticultural biology, viticulture and enology engineering, and innovation and entrepreneurship in the horticulture industry,and cultivate interdisciplinary application abilities.

Objective 4: Foster internationally competitive talents with both integrity and competence, a deep understanding and passion for agriculture, strong professional literacy, autonomous learning ability, problem-solving skills, innovative practice capabilities, as well as an international perspective and global competitiveness.

二、毕业要求

本专业要求学生注重全面发展,具备良好的思想道德素养、人文素养和文明习惯。掌握园艺作物育种、栽培管理、葡萄酒酿造、感官评价、康养园艺及园艺相关产业发展规划、项目设计、产品营销等方面的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能,能够理论联系实际,创造性地运用所学的专业知识和技能分析和解决实际问题。

毕业要求1:具有坚定的思想政治立场和良好的人文素养,能够践行社会主义核心价值观,德智体美劳全面发展,具备健全的人格和良好的社会责任感。

毕业要求2:掌握生物科学、化学、数学及人工智能等相关学科的基础知识,具备跨学科的综合素养和科学思维能力。

毕业要求3:系统掌握园艺学的基本理论、核心知识体系和学科逻辑,具备坚实的专业基础。

毕业要求4:深入了解园艺作物新品种选育、栽培管理、葡萄酒酿造、康养园艺及现代生物技术等领域的基本原理、前沿理论、应用前景与行业发展趋势。

毕业要求5:熟练掌握葡萄栽培与酒品酿造、感官评价、园艺产品商品化管理与市场营销等方面的专业技能,具备较强的实践操作能力。

毕业要求6:了解现代园艺生产、科技推广、产业开发及企业经营管理相关的政策法规、技术标准与管理规范,具备较强的行业适应能力。

毕业要求7:具备较强的创新意识和批判性思维能力,能够开展协同创新、科学研究和技术开发,具有初步的科技成果转化能力。

毕业要求8:具备较好的外语沟通能力和科技文献阅读、写作能力,能够在国际化专业场景中进行学术交流与信息获取。

毕业要求9:具备良好的职业道德和团队协作精神,能够胜任多元文化背景下的沟通与合作,适应现代农业与食品产业国际化发展的需求。

II. Graduation Requirements

Students are expected to develop comprehensively, with sound ideological and moral integrity, humanistic literacy and civilized habits. They are expected to master the fundamental theories, knowledge and skills in horticultural crop breeding, cultivation management, wine production, sensory evaluation, therapeutic horticulture and horticulture-related industry development planning, project design, and product marketing; They should be able to integrate theory with practice, and creatively apply their expertise to analyze and solve practical problems.

Graduates should acquire knowledge and abilities in the following aspects:

Graduation Requirement 1: Demonstrate firm political stance and strong humanistic qualities; uphold core socialist values and achieve well-rounded development in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education, with a sound character and strong social responsibility.

Graduation Requirement 2: Acquire solid foundational knowledge in biology, chemistry, mathematics, and artificial intelligence, and demonstrate interdisciplinary literacy and scientific thinking.

Graduation Requirement 3: Systematically grasp the fundamental theories, core knowledge, and disciplinary logic of horticultural science with a robust professional foundation.

Graduation Requirement 4: Develop an in-depth understanding of the principles, cutting-edge theories, application prospects and industry trends in crop variety breeding, cultivation management, winemaking, therapeutic horticulture, and modern biotechnology.

Graduation Requirement 5: Proficiently master professional skills in grape cultivation and wine production, sensory evaluation, commercialization, and marketing of horticultural products, and demonstrate strong hands-on operational skills.

Graduation Requirement 6: Understand relevant policies, regulations, technical standards, and management norms related to modern horticultural production, technology extension, industrial development, and enterprise operation, and demonstrate strong industry adaptability.

Graduation Requirement 7: Exhibit strong innovative thinking and critical analysis abilities, capable of collaborative innovation, scientific research, and technology development, as well as preliminary competence in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

Graduation Requirement 8: Demonstrate effective foreign language communication skills and competence in scientific literature reading and academic writing, enabling effective academic exchange and information retrieval in international professional contexts.

Graduation Requirement 9: Maintain strong professional ethics and teamwork spirit, with the capacity for effective communication and collaboration in multicultural environments, and the ability to meet the demands of globalized modern agriculture and food industries.

Duration: Four years

Degree: Bachelor of Agriculture conferred by HZAU & Bachelor of Viticulture and Oenology conferred by LU.

五、毕业学分要求

145学分,其中实践教学学分为45。
