Ecology (Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Program)
一、培养目标
本专业旨在培养具有家国情怀、国际视野、生态文明意识,人文素养和科学精神,良好的沟通能力,扎实的生态学理论知识和实践技能,能胜任生态评价、生物多样性保护、生态恢复、生态农业规划、农业生态保护、农林生态管理等领域工作的高素质拔尖创新人才。
目标1:践行社会主义核心价值观和生态文明理念,具有良好的人文科学素养,强烈的社会责任感,健全的人格和高尚的道德水准;
目标2:系统性地掌握生态学的基础理论、基本知识和实践技能,熟练熟悉相关跨学科知识,具备应用现代信息技术和一门外语的能力;
目标3:了解生态学领域的学术动态和社会需求,综合运用生态学的基本理论和方法探索复杂的社会-生态-环境问题,并创新性提出解决方案;
目标4:在生态监测、生态规划、生物多样性保护等方向具备就业竞争力,具备从事科研、教学、管理工作的潜力,为生态学及相关领域的硕士/博士深造奠定基础;
目标5:具备良好的沟通能力、领导力和团队合作精神,具有国际化视野,适应全球化背景下的生态保护需求,保持终身学习意识,持续更新自身的核心知识和能力,适应技术、职业和社会发展。
I. Program Objectives
This program aims to cultivate top-tier innovative talents with patriotism, global vision, ecological consciousness, humanistic literacy, scientific spirit, excellent communication ability, solid theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in ecology, competence to excel in fields including ecological assessment, biodiversity conservation, ecological restoration, ecological agriculture planning, agro-ecological protection, and agroforestry ecological management.
Objective 1: Uphold core socialist values and ecological civilization principles, demonstrate robust humanistic and scientific literacy, profound social responsibility sound personality development and exemplary ethical standards.
Objective 2: Systematically master the fundamental theories, core knowledge and practical skills in ecology, interdisciplinary knowledge, and demonstrate competence in applying modern information technology and proficiency in a foreign language.
Objective 3: Stay updated on academic developments and societal demands in ecology. Integrate ecological theories and methodologies to address complex socio-ecological-environmental challenges and innovatively propose solutions to emerging issues.
Objective 4: Develop competitive employability in: ecological monitoring, ecological planning, biodiversity conservation. Possess potential for engaging in research, teaching, and management roles, with potential for careers in research, teaching, and management, while establish a solid foundation for advanced study (Master's/Ph.D.) in ecology and related fields.
Objective 5: Cultivate effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and team collaboration spirit, global perspective, adaptability to globalization-driven ecological conservation needs and commitment to lifelong learning and resilience in evolving technological, professional, and social contexts.
二、毕业要求
要求学生注重全面发展,具备良好的思想道德素养、人文素养和文明习惯。掌握生态学和生物学等方面的基本理论知识、数理化基础及人文社科知识,接受生态学相关基础、数据分析及应用等方面的创新思维和科学研究等方面的训练,掌握扎实的学科基础知识和理论,培养良好的科学素养及生态文明素养,具备一定的教学、科研能力。毕业生应获得以下几个方面的知识和能力:

II. Graduation Requirements
Graduates are expected to focus on comprehensive development, possessing moral integrity, humanistic literacy and proper code of conduct. They are supposed to master basic theoretical knowledge in ecology and biology, along with mathematical, physical, chemical foundations and humanities and social sciences knowledge. They will receive adequate training in innovative thinking and scientific research in ecology related to ecological fundamentals, data analysis and application. They will acquire basic disciplinary knowledge and ecological theories, develop high scientific and ecological expertise, and have moderate teaching and research abilities. Graduates should acquire the following qualities and abilities:
Graduation Requirement 1: Possess firm political stance, socialist core values, strong sense of social responsibility and professional ethics; demonstrate patriotism, practice ecological civilization concepts, and commit to sustainable development endeavors.
Graduation Requirement 2: Master solid foundations in mathematics, physics, chemistry, computer science and foreign languages; acquire professional knowledge in ecology; understand the basic theories, disciplinary knowledge, and current developments; understand national policies and regulations related to ecological development.
Graduation Requirement 3: Demonstrate the ability to integrate and synthesize diverse information and knowledge; excel at identifying and analyzing problems; and apply theoretical knowledge, research methodologies, and technical skills to formulate solutions strategies.
Graduation Requirement 4: Develop scientific thinking abilities with strong innovation; independently propose scientific questions; master professional practical skills such as experimental design, field investigation, data analysis, and scientific writing; and conduct ecological research independently.
Graduation Requirement 5: Apply ecological principles and modern technological to conduct experimental research, predict, simulate, and optimize ecological processes, and address complex ecological challenges in ecological civilization construction.
Graduation Requirement 6: Cultivate broad global perspective; understand global ecological and environmental challenges and boundaries of international ecology, relevant conventions, technical standards and policies; respect cultural diversity and global differences.
Graduation Requirement 7: Exhibit strong verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal coordination abilities, and teamwork spirit to effectively collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and communicate with industry professionals and the public.
Graduation Requirement 8: Maintain lifelong learning awareness with self-management capabilities; continually update professional knowledge to adapt to technological advancements and societal changes; demonstrate potential for career transition or further academic pursuits.

Sports rehabilitation classes (I, II, III, IV) are offered for students with disabilities;sports training classes (I, II, III, IV,V, VI, VII, VIII) are offered for high-level sports players and members of the school’s representative sports team.
All students are required to take the physical fitness test and meet theNational Students Physical Health Standardseach year, and students can only graduate if the test results meet the standard.
The Sports Department organizes swimming skill assessments, and all students are required to pass the assessment before the graduation semester.
