Economics and Management of Agriculture and Forestry

（Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Program）

一、培养目标

本专业旨在培养具有高尚健全人格和强烈社会责任感的拔尖创新人才，掌握管理学、经济学、园艺学、生态学、农业资源环境等相关学科的基础理论与知识，系统认识和把握绿色发展理念下园艺经济管理的一般理论与方法，为园艺产业高质量发展提供经济分析、管理服务和政策评价等。

目标1：培养热爱祖国、遵纪守法、爱岗敬业的高素质人才，德、智、体、美、劳全面发展，具有良好的思想政治素养与社会责任感。

目标2：系统掌握园艺经济管理学科的基本理论、专业知识和实践技能，具备扎实的学科基础与专业能力。

目标3：具备涵盖农业经济学、园艺管理及园艺产业创新创业的综合知识体系，具备跨领域综合应用能力。

目标4：培养德才兼备、知农爱农的国际化人才，具备突出的专业素养、自主学习能力、复杂问题解决能力、实践创新能力以及国际视野与全球胜任力。

I. Program Objectives

This program aims to cultivate outstanding innovative talents with noble and sound personality and strong sense of social responsibility, master the basic theory and knowledge of management, economics, horticulture, ecology, agricultural resources and environment and other related disciplines, systematically understand and grasp the general theory and methods of horticultural economic management under the concept of green development, and be able to engage in economic analysis, management services, policy evaluation and other work related to the high-quality development of horticultural industry.

Objective 1: Cultivate high-caliber talents with patriotism, law-abiding awareness, and professional dedication, achieving comprehensive development in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education. Enable students possess sound ideological and political literacy coupled with strong sense of social responsibility.

Objective 2: Enable students systematically master fundamental theories, specialized knowledge, and practical skills in horticultural economic management, establishing a solid disciplinary foundation and professional competence.

Objective 3: Equip students with a comprehensive knowledge system covering agricultural economics, horticultural management, and horticultural industry innovation, fostering cross-disciplinary application capabilities.

Objective 4: Develop internationally competitive professionals who embody both moral integrity and professional excellence. These graduates should demonstrate profound agricultural awarness and affinity for agricultural development, outstanding professional qualities, self-directed learning abilities, complex problem-solving skills, practical innovation capacity, as well as international perspectives and global competence.

二、毕业要求

要求学生注重全面发展，具备良好的思想道德素养、人文素养和社会责任感。掌握经济学、管理学、园艺学的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能，能够理论联系实际，创造性地运用所学的专业知识与技能分析和解决园艺经济管理中的实际问题。

毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力：

（1）具备坚定的政治立场、社会主义核心价值观、社会责任感和职业道德，热爱祖国，践行生态文明理念，致力于可持续发展事业；

（2）了解园艺行业的性质以及园艺产品生产的基础知识，并掌握园艺经济管理的一般理论与方法；

（3）理解园艺产品生产系统-生态环境系统-社会经济系统的相关性；

（4）分析消费者及其心理因素对园艺产品消费行为的影响；

（5）把握园艺行业发展中政治、经济和生产相关因素的动态相互作用；

（6）能够运用农业资源经济学方法评估园艺产业的环境影响与可持续发展能力；

（7）能够分析园艺产品从生产到消费的全价值链优化策略；

（8）能够使用数字化技术应用方法解析园艺产业大数据的能力；

（9）能够在中外合作环境中有效沟通，理解不同文化背景下的商业和管理实践差异。

II. Graduation Requirements

Students are expected to achieve comprehensive development while cultivating sound ideological and moral qualities, humanistic qualities and sense of social responsibility. They should systematically master fundamental theories, core knowledge and essential skills in economics, management and horticulture. The program emphasizes the integration of theory with practice, enabling students to creatively apply specialized knowledge and skills to analyze and resolve practical issues in horticultural economic management.

Graduates should demonstrate competencies in the following dimensions:

Graduation Requirement 1: Possess firm political conviction, core socialist values, social responsibility and professional ethics. Demonstrate patriotism, advocate eco-civilization principles, and commit to sustainable development initiatives.

Graduation Requirement 2: Understand the fundamental nature of the horticultural industries and production knowledge of horticultural products. Master general theories and methodologies in horticultural economic management.

Graduation Requirement 3: Comprehend interrelationships among horticultural production systems, ecological environment systems, and socio-economic systems.

Graduation Requirement 4: Analyze impacts of consumer demographics and psychological factors on horticultural product consumption patterns.

Graduation Requirement 5: Evaluate dynamic interplay of political, economic and production factors in the development of the horticultural industries.

Graduation Requirement 6: Apply agricultural resource economics methods to evluate environmental impacts and sustainable development capacity of horticultural industries.

Graduation Requirement 7: Analyze strategies for optimizing of horticultural product value chains from production to consumption.

Graduation Requirement 8: Demonstrate capabilities in digital technology application and big data analysis for horticultural industries.

Graduation Requirement 9: Communicate effectively in Sino-foreign cooperative environments, demonstrating understanding of business and management practices across cultural contexts.

授予学位：华中农业大学颁发管理学学士学位；林肯大学颁发商业学士学位

Duration: Four years

Degree: Bachelor of Management conferred by HZAU; Bachelor of Commerce conferred by LU

五、毕业学分要求

136学分，其中实践教学学分为34学分。

V. Total Degree Credit Requirement

Graduates should obtain at least 136 credits, including at least 34 credits for practice.

六、核心课程

微观经济学、管理学、农业经济学、组织与人力资源管理、供应链管理、市场营销原理、园艺系统、园艺管理分析等。

七、主要实践教学

农商数据挖掘、农业经济学案例分析、企业财务信息案例分析、葡萄酒和园艺系统战略管理实践、农业企业战略管理案例分析与实践、毕业实习、毕业论文（设计）等。
